Return Window You may request a return or refund within 14 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
- Items returned after the 14-day window
How to Request a Return Contact us at hello@bloome.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1–2 business days with instructions.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Damaged or Wrong Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.
Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order.
