These Terms of Sale apply to all purchases made through bloome.shop and govern the contractual relationship between Bloome and the customer.

1. Products and Pricing
All products are described as accurately as possible. Prices are displayed in EUR and include applicable VAT. Bloome reserves the right to modify prices at any time; orders are charged at the price displayed at the time of purchase.

2. Order and Payment
An order is confirmed upon receipt of full payment. We accept payment via the methods available at checkout. By placing an order, you confirm that the payment information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

3. Transfer of Ownership
Ownership of the goods transfers to the customer upon full payment. Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon delivery.

4. Delivery
Orders are fulfilled by our logistics partners (CJdropshipping, Zendrop). Delivery times are estimates and may vary. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.

5. Right of Withdrawal (EU and UK Customers)
In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, customers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason. Please refer to our Refund Policy for the return procedure.

6. Governed by the laws of England and Wales, United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by these terms.
